International Volunteers Day is celebrated each year on the 5th of December, a great opportunity to reflect on a huge year and all the fantastic work and the continued commitment of our amazing volunteer base across Greenpeace Australia Pacific.
Greenpeace was founded by volunteers over 40 years ago and our work continues to be reliant on the commitment, passion and energy our volunteers and activists bring with them.
Thankfully we have a fantastic and ever growing group of volunteers across Australia and the Pacific working together in their communities to educate, discuss and force effective solutions to the issues our environment and society face.
Thanks for all your hard work and here’s a selection of our favourite photos showing just a fraction of the work we have done in 2013 that just wouldn’t be possible without our volunteers.
