It ain’t good enough. Not by a long way.

It isn’t fair, it isn’t ambitious, it isn’t legally binding – and it isn’t going to save the world from runaway global warming.

Our political team on the ground in Copenhagen have pulled this quick (interim) assessment of the details of the Copenhagen Accord.  We’ll be updating it over the coming days.

It is clear that we have a long way to go and that it’s going to take a lot more political pressure to turn things around. It means we need to change the politics – and create a social movement the likes of which the world has never seen.
